Chinese smartphone maker Honor announced that it will incorporate Google’s artificial intelligence (AI) features into its upcoming devices. This includes Google’s AI assistant Gemini and Imagen 2, a text-to-image generation tool. Honor joins a small group of companies partnering with Google to bring AI tools to their devices. By integrating these AI features, Honor aims to enhance the user experience and provide advanced generative AI applications. This partnership builds on Honor’s existing use of Google’s Android operating system. In February, the company launched the Magic 6 Pro with its own AI-powered feature allowing users to open apps using eye-tracking technology.
